Who is Rahul Gandhi Girlfriend ?

The most eligible bachelor of the country is on the radar of many to find out when would he marry and who is he dating. The question has passed from Salman khan to Rahul Gandhi as he has crossed 40 and there is no sign yet of his marriage, where as the younger cousin Varun Gandhi has announced his marriage.

There has been lot of rumors about Rahul Gandhi girlfriends when he was studying in America to he responded to various press interviews. In 2004, he said “Her (Rahul's girlfriend) nationality is a tricky question. Her parents are Spanish but she has been living in Venezuela for a long time.” In 2008, his statement came as “I do not know when I am getting married. But very often I come across reports about my marriage. You tell me when I am marrying.”

His latest comment on his private life was in 2009 which was “I am busy with electioneering and have no time to think about marriage.”. He openly talked about his girlfriend in his interview in 2004 when he didn't even join the politics. Rahul said, "My girlfriend’s name is Veronique not Juanita," "She is Spanish and not Venezuelan or Colombian. She is an architect not a waitress, though I wouldn’t have had a problem with that. She is also my best friend." He met her in his university in England.

This was in 2004, when he expresses his desire for his love however the question is, why is he still not married. Is it the politics or the desire to lead the nation & become the PM is more powerful than power of Love ? For the answers of these questions, eligible ladies would have to wait, I guess.
