Salman Khan is not my enemy : Shahrukh Khan

After reality shows like ' Kaun Banega Crorepati' and ' Kya Aap Paanchvi Pass Se Tez Hain?', Shah Rukh Khan is back on the small screen witih ' Zor Ka Jhatka' on Imagine TV. Talking about his stint on television this time, he says, "' Zor Ka Jhatka' is a very interesting show where I will entertain everybody in the house. It's a family entertainer so everybody can sit together and enjoy the show. There will be no vulgarity, but yes, I will crack some jokes. To entertain people you also need to be funny at times. I will be multitasking like hosting, guiding, giving tasks and so on. People like the way I entertain them so they will like my hosting it too."

With many A- rung celebs from the B- town hosting television shows of late, we wonder what does King Khan opine about them. " I feel all the celebrities hosting reality shows are doing a great job. They have been very successful in entertaining the audience. Today, television has become a very popular medium and has got a huge demand in the entertainment industry," says Shah Rukh, before gearing up to take on the volley of questions of his love- hate relationship with friends and colleagues.

There were rumours that SRK had approached his once- upon- a- time best friend Farah Khan to choreograph a song for his next home production ' Ra. One'. But clearing the air once and for all he says, " Ganesh Hegde has choreographed the songs for ' Ra. One'. He is a very good choreographer. We are almost done with the shooting of it." Recently the Bangladesh media had criticised SRK's behaviour during his visit to the country for a stage show. Expressing his views on the said hullaballoo Shah Rukh says, " Well, I don't think I behaved in a vulgar manner in Bangladesh.

Wearing a top on pants is not vulgar. Also it is obvious that while doing comedy you speak about someone or do something unusual. Everybody has a different culture and perception. In their country those things might not have been acceptable like ours. I had no intentions of hurting anyone's culture or sentiment." Being at the top Shah Rukh has made some great friends and a few enemies too. So is he going to patch up with all of them either plainly by shaking hands or even apologising to some if the need be?
The star denies this saying, " I have no rival in this industry. Salman Khan too is not my enemy. So why should I say sorry to him? Everything is well between us and hence apologising makes no sense here." Speaking about his nature, he says, " I am a very shy and silent person in reality. I cannot propose or apologise to anyone. It is not because of ego, but that is my nature. This is how I am. I have no objection as to how people typecast me." After the busy schedule of ' Ra. One' and ' Don 2', SRK has prepared himself to entertain the audience at home.

Updating about the hectic shoots he says, " First of all I was injured during the shoot of ' Ra. One' and my back was hurting a lot. I couldn't focus on my work much because mentally too I was stressed. But after a short break in Berlin I felt healthy and relaxed. Hence I have started working on more and more projects. Now I feel I am back to where I had started from, fresh and relaxed.

In fact I have regained my six packs and now I am trying for two new packs." That was indeed his signature style tongue-in-cheek we would say, as he wraps up the interview.
