Saina Nehwal has made the whole nation proud yet again to win the gold and made the difference in the tally of Gold Medals which has brought India back to its 2nd Place. India has now 101 Medals in its kitty compared to England's 142 however India Has won one extra Gold Medal which puts them on the 2nd place in the Medals Tally of 19th Commonwealth Games.
Saina won after losing the first game to Mee Choo Wong. She made a come back and won the next two games as the score line was finished on 19-21, 23-21, 21-13. Saina again proved her mental toughness as it was all about the pressure which she handled pretty well.
In the medals tally, Australia sits on Top with 176 Medals which includes 74 Gold, India is on 2nd Place with 101 Medals including 38 Gold and England is on 3rd Place with total 142 Medals which includes 37 Gold Medals.
