India is full of festivals and all the festivals have different meanings to it so the same way we have "Dhanteras Pooja" which is celebrated today on the Nov 3 and Dhanteras is based on basically the owl form of the Goddess Lakshmi to be worshiped to provide prosperity.Today on the occasion of Dhanteras people would not even bother to see if the Gold, Silver, diamond prices are touching the sky, all they would be bothered is the wealth of their families and loved ones because buying these things means that we are buying more wealth, peace, happiness and prosperity for our family.
Not only this people who would not have much to spend would also not stop, they will rush to the market to buy electronics and household products which will atleast a bit cheaper than the Gold and silver ones.
It is really a big proud to be an Indian where we have lot to celebrate and to just forget our pain that we go through in our day today routine, as the celebrations would not be completed without family, friends and relatives and when these all are together we get the flavor of endless happiness.We wish you a very happy "Dhanteras".
