Director Farah Khan is known for her innovative ideas. She launched the music of Tees Mar Khan on a moving train, in a departure from the traditional launch parties in hotels.
Farah knew that it would be a noisy affair, but she was aware of the fact that the move would arrest the attention of the masses.
The director is more than happy as she got a good wordof- mouth publicity and her Alist cast — Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif — did not make a fuss about the train launch. The duo rather appeared in a jovial mood and answered all the queries posed by the media.
So what made her think of a train launch? “ The film has a train heist sequence, so we thought it would be interesting to go for a train launch instead of a boring launch in a hotel.” Katrina spoke about her experience with Farah.
“ When I walked on the sets of Tees Mar Khan , my hands were shaking as I had heard a lot about Farah’s penchant for perfection, so I was a little nervous.
But she was very nice throughout the shooting, may be I was dancing that well.” Farah chipped in: “ I did not shout at Katrina and made her cry because it takes two hours to re- apply the makeup.”
