
She says: “ I come from a Punjabi family, but I don’t eat a lot of high calorie food every day. I try to maintain my weight and allow myself to binge only once a week. I enjoy eating pastas, salads but also include rice in my diet. Dad does not like diet food; he enjoys his palak paneer , dal and chicken.”
But Narmada is fond of cooking and has learnt many fancy dishes. “ I mostly cook for myself. I can rustle up omelettes, muffins, pancakes and waffles in no time. I am also planning to learn to cook the kind of food that dad enjoys. I make tea for him quite often and he adores it,” she adds.
Kudos to the Ahuja daughter for enhancing her culinary skills, but a sincere advice to Govinda: in this age of six packs, his generous proportions don’t work any longer.
He needs to cut down on the calories pronto and head for a healthy diet.
